How to Create RELATIONSHIPS
The Great Wheel of Relationships describes the steps to creating great customer relationships, building brand equity and even becoming an Icon Brand.
It’s also the track we follow to determine the best way to create Perceived Value for what your business does.
We start by finding the UNIQUE things you do that create better results for your customers – better than what your competitors do.
We follow through by insuring that what you do supports the customer’s TRUST, ability to GET IT (understand why your offer is worth considering), Perception that your offer contains more Value – and finally, that what your customers receive is Way Cool, so cool they need to tell the world to buy from you.
The Good Side of The Great Wheel
We create Perceived Value–
- Messages create enough TRUST for prospects to listen
- Unique positioning of the offer means prospects GET IT And begin to develop a RELATIONSHIP
- Your VALUE proposition will make sense to them – Customers, Prospects and the general public believe in
the Brand – which has high Perceived Value
- The WAY COOL is they like what they get - and BUY Forge a firm Relationship – with YOUR business AND get to tell others to BUY from you!

The "Evil" Side of the Great Wheel
Customers and Prospects see only COST
WITHOUT establishing Trust and Perceived Value, the default is COST, because if Trust and Value
are not established or are violated - if your actions don't match your words -- customers will LOSE belief in the value of your offer. They will only see COST.
-
Lack of TRUST – on thought that what is offered is unique – the uneasy feeling of discomfort -- “I don’t know about this (product/service/company/offer)
- Customers DON’T Get It, the see only a possible “the deal”, only viewing your company as a "vendor" - NOT a partner or resource – there is NO relationship, just a one-time purchase
- COST becomes the focus not Value “Well, if can get it cheap, I MIGHT buy”
-
The WAY COOL becomes "Ha, I GOT ‘em!"
